Gym out day

argh.. went to the paya lebar's gym with YIWEN and illya..
i am calling agnes----YIWEN.. very long nv call her by that name le..
even my mother starts calling agnes----agnes.. ya...surprise..surprise..
anyway...
worked out for like a whooping.... 3 hrs ok!!!
did walking on the mill and cycling and lifting some weight..and circuit training..
my my...
i feel like singing a song...
anyway..
it was FREAKING TIRING...
by 4pm, agnes and i cant tahan anymore..
so we went off WITHOUT illya..
she wanted to stay on for more training..
wah.. you go girrrrrl...
anyway..
should have taken my pic during the exercises..
i looked like a dog.. literally...
haggard and worn-out..
anyway..
RESULTS WILL BE OUT IN ....4 DAYS!!!
cross finger that i can get a cap that i am happy with...
like cap... 3??!!
