Training..

today, i went to MOM for my surveyor training.
well, as usual, lectures to me are as dead as ever.
i almost dried up.
know why??!!
i teared a dozen times..bcoz i yawned..

i almost dozed off..

but!!the speaker was damn funny man!!
not because of her jokes..
but the way she spoke..
*FYI: she didnt tell any jokes..*

the following list were the words she pronounced wrongly during the lecture.
i almost went to the hospital due to internal bleeding.
i couldnt help it when ever i hear people mis-pronouncing words, i would want to laugh..

Totalife -- my diet supplement!!

oh..
today is the second day of my diet plan..
i cant eat much except for the meal supplement given to me by EK's mother..
that supply only last for a week..
after that, i have to get it myself..
it is not cheap ok!!
a week's supply costs about $110..
my!
i need to eat for a month to see the best results..
which is about... $440!!!
oh my!
but..
for the sake of health and new clothes...
I MUST DO IT!
EK's mother lost 8 kg in a month...
*up to date, she lost 16 kg i think..*
but with the full set including fat stopping pills of sort, body cream and exercise..
well..
i dont have all of them but exercise...
crossing my finger that i can do it too..
without the help of the pills and stuffs..
this product that i am taking is called..

TOTALIFE..

this is a meal supplement program that aims at cutting down fats for 3 kinds of people..
1) family with history of being fat
2) fat after giving birth
3) fat middle-age people

this meal supplement is actually sachets of powders that has to be made into a shake to drink.
each sachet contains only 44 kcal
there are around 4 flavours.
1)coffee
2)chocolate
3)vanilla
4)mixed fruits

for most people, including me, can accept the mixed fruit better than the rest.
Vanilla was not too bad too.
But, coffee was a little bad for me.
Chocolate was not too good too, may be due to the fact that it tastes not exactly like the chocolate that we eat outside..

*how i miss human food!*

this supplement has to be mixed together with salt and sugar in order to drink it..

*surprised??!!!*

but the salt is not the salt that you use in the daily cooking.
the sugar is not the sugar from market..
they are actually higher quailty sugar and salt.
Meaning to say...
The salt is low in sodium and the sugar is artficial sweetner.

*artificial sweetner is not exactly very good for health.. but for the sake of beauty!!!
i will drink it till i am done with it!*
for daily consumption, i have to drink 4 packs of that supplement with salt and sugar.

1 pack every 3 hours..
well, i get hungry after like 2.5 hours, but it can be endured..
i have to drink 2 to 3 litres of water everyday..
apparently, the fats were passed out as urine..

*weird huh?!*
**urination is very very frequent this 2 days.. once every 1\2 hr maybe?!**

oh ya!
one more thing..
i can eat a meal a day..
but that meal can only contain at most 90g of rice, one serving of non-oily vegetable, steamed fish without it's gravy, and one boiled egg white.
if it gets really hungry, you can drink an additional packet, or eat raw vegetables, tomato, turnip, cucumber, dragon fruit.. anything that has no carbo and sugar and salt..
that's it!
i REALLY treasure my lunch very much..

btw, if we do the math, i consume only 176 kcal a day for the sachets..
if we give the lunch 300 kcal, in total, i consume only around 500kcal!!
which is 4 times lesser than the 2000 kcal a day..

*i think i need 3000 a day last time..*

*but after drink this supplement for the past 2 days, i didnt go hungry very often, just cravings.. as usual..*

since i have sacrificed so much, i cant disappoint myself!
i really have to lost all those fats that were making me ugly and disgusting..
i aimed to lost 10 kg at the start of the hoilday.. i hope this product works!

anyway, if i really loses weight by drinking this product, those who want to lose weight can come and find me..
i can be a living example for you!

BY THE WAY!!!
i lost 1 kg since yesterday..
sounds bizzare??
but it's true..

however, this wouldnt be the case for daily basis..
the body will stop lossing weight at a certain time that may stretch up to 9 days or more, depending on the body.
EK's mother didnt lose any weight for 9 days.. but at the 10th day, she lost 1 kg..
so..
I WILL PERSERVERE!!

anyway..
cant wait to see my results after one month..
will it be as good as expected??
will it be effective??
will it be healthy??
will it have side effects??
will it really make me into a new person??
i guess time will tell!!

20 years ago, my mother sacrificed 9 mense-less months, 8 hours of struggle coupled with tremendous pain and she gave birth to me.

well..

anyway,

i celebrated my birthday on Friday, the day we went clubbing.

however, i did not bring my camera to St James Power Station.

I cant afford to lost another camera, especially not with a new camera.

alright.. clubbing was interesting and eye opening.

we even saw people popping pills on the bar top and drinking hard liquour from the bottle, not glasses ok!

Furthermore, we almost went deaf after clubbing. The music was loud and noisy and deafening and earsplitting.

gosh! we actually endured for around 3 hours.

anyway, at St James, we were entitled to 2 free drinks with entry to all other clubs in St James.

Girls: $15

Boys:$20

Age limit: 18 for most clubs. But for some, guys have to be 23 and above.

anyway, it was really exciting as we danced and danced the night away.

we should try going to a bar next time!

As you all know, there are usually 3 issues of 4-Ds every week. Mainly, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. My parents often buy 4-Ds for all 3 days and at times, they might get a small windfall. I grow up in a 4-D family in another words.

Yesterday, my mother went to buy 4-D and out of no where, i told her," I ALSO WANT TO BUY!!".

My mother didnt stop me from buying, which was kind of unusual!
anyway, i bought just one set of numbers.

This number is actually EK and my dating anniversary therefore, i bought $1 big and small.
Reasonable?!
yes, of course.

All this took placed in the afternoon and apparently, i had forgotten about it for the whole day
Until.... i switched on teletext for no reason and recalled.

Jovially, i told my mother," eh, i go watch the results!"
so, i pressed for the Wednesday's 4-D page number: 882

*popped! it came..*

excitiedly, i checked for my number 2303 not hoping for anything. I took it like a pinch of salt anyway.

First prize: 6595
Second prize: 3664
Third prize: 3891

*ya..obviously, mt number wasnt even close enough for the first 3.. typed in just to get you anxious.. haha!!*

It wasnt easy for all of us for the past 20 years.

We learnt everything from scratch.

We made new friends.

We quarrelled with our parents.

We grumbled and cried.

We gossiped.

We bitched about our teachers.

We hated certain subjects.

We went head over heels over some boys or girls.

We skipped lessons.

We fought.

We upset people around us.

We made enemies.

We lost friends along the way.

Most of all, we found life-time friends where we can count on in times of drudgery, hardship, torture, misery, sorrow and sufferings.

Most of all, we know that life is not a bed of roses. Neither is it a bed of thorns.

Most of all, we embraced all those hurdles and burdens thrown to us with grace and dignity.

I guess life is a journey that not only shape us to who we will be but also who we want to be.

Just like what Shrek told Arthur.

At first, people took you as a monster and you agreed. However, after some time, you will just ignore them and live the life you want.

The greatest challenge is not about others, it is about yourself.

You are your own hurdle.

This show has the meaning of finding oneself.

Though it wasnt as good as the first 2, but the message that it wanted to bring across is simple yet important.

I guess after so many years of living, we ought to learn this message.

Once again, my whole family went on a camping/BBQ-on-the-stove trip to Changi Beach some time ago.
As usual, woke up at 4 am to get ready, some people cant wake up, some didnt sleep etc.
**guess: Did i sleep??!!
*Ans: those who know me will know.. Didnt... woah!
anyway, we were on time to catch the sunrise.
well, it wasnt VERY, WAH-KAO, DAMN nice..
Just, colourful.
Not the colourful colourful, but, the orange and blue streaks of colours were very soothing and peaceful.
It made me wonder... will we ever get it again and again, day after day, month after month, year after year.
Well, cross our finger for that then.
Anyway...

so, there were 5 fat and heavy people *minus my sister*
running after a small, light, yellow and plasticy fake socer ball.
just imagine that scene: fats bouncing
arse thumping onto the floor
swimming in sea retrieveing ball
whale of fun!

anyway, we really had a whale of time.
it wasnt only fun but loving too!!
i wonder.. when will be our next trip when school starts...
